Our model, explained
We never handle your gold
Your gold goes from you straight to an independent Crown Assay Office. They receive, weigh, test and certify it. We never touch it, which removes the conflict of interest every other buyer has.
Direct to LBMA refineries
After assay we sell directly to London Bullion Market Association accredited refineries. No dealers in the middle taking a cut, which is how we can pay up to 97% of spot.
No negotiations
Your payout comes from three independent inputs: certified weight, certified purity and live spot, times our published rate. Nobody here can change that number.

Bullion Refinery Ltd is a UK-registered company, registered with HMRC as a High Value Dealer under the anti-money laundering regulations.

Post it or drop it off
Send it Royal Mail Special Delivery to the Assay Office with your reference, or walk in with photo ID. It never comes to us.
Opt-out if you change your mind
Your gold is returned as a certified bar. You cover the Assay Office fee (at cost), return Special Delivery and a £25 admin fee, typically £55–£95.
Honest timelines
Paid the same day the refinery settles with us, typically ~7 working days from posting, subject to ID checks.
